Jon has studied with some of the top trainers, nutritionists and coaches around the world to build an extensive knowledge base which goes well beyond what one expects from a personal trainer.
He has a strong track record of helping ‘Average Joe’ achieve phenomenal fat loss results and a return to health and vitality, and has also worked with amateur and international athletes in need of performance enhancing strength and conditioning training.
Jon now trains the Guernsey Rugby, Cricket and Squash teams in preparation for their high level competitions.

Jon believes in inspiring his clients through action and regularly takes part in events such as the Tough Guy endurance challenge or by doing outrageous things like cycling across the USA in 2010!

Russ brings a cracking blend of a fun-loving personality and military experience to Storm Force Fitness. He knows when to have a laugh and when to knuckle down for some hard work in order to produce results which is the key to any successful fitness program!
A stickler for precision in technique and programming following his time in the RAF, you can expect rapid improvements to your movement quality and results as Russ likes to leave no stone unturned!
Getting Stuck In
Russ made the transition into personal training and group fitness coaching from a love of his own training and competitive spirit.
Having competed in triathlons including the Guernsey Granite Man 2011 and football, Russ soon took to the Storm Force way of life, getting sucked in by our unique strength and conditioning methods. He instantly knew he wanted to coach others the same way and has become an indispensable member of the coaching team!
Louise Dunn

Lou has previously worked in a typical gym environment but wanted to spend more hands-on time coaching individuals and groups and develop her own training methods.
Lou never stops smiling and has a fantastic ability to bring a highly personable approach to her coaching whilst bringing the best out of people! She is popular with ladies looking for a friendly coach who can help them transform their bodies without begin worried about intimidation in a commercial gym setting.
As a keen runner, Lou is developing training programs to help runners greatly improve their power and performance where they may have previously avoided resistance training.
