We do things very differently at Storm Force and ask a lot of questions so that we can put the ‘personal’ in Personal Fitness Coaching – as it should be!

Finally, here are our Rules of Engagement to help give us the best chance of success working together.
- Please respect your time and ours by arriving at least 5 minutes early for your session. We ask clients to conduct their own cardiovascular warm up so that we can make the most of coaching time for the more technical sides of the session. Simply jump on one of the machines and complete 5 minutes. Being on time also ensures we avoid any awkward situations of other clients’ or our coaches being affected by having to run over to complete a session, or reduce the quality of session by eliminating anything we can’t complete when time runs out.
- Please bring your own water and sweat towel for everyone’s convenience.
- Unless on call as part of your job or awaiting urgent family news etc, please leave your phone on silent for the duration of your session. This is your time to switch off and focus on you!
- You are welcome to plug your phone into the music system if you have a playlist you like!
- Please understand that sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as completed. We hope you understand this is to protect the earnings of our staff and avoid awkward situations, as it is virtually impossible to fill that slot with other paid work at such short notice.
